I threw together an Excel spreadsheet to work out how much my trip is costing (scary).
You can use this yourself if you like. You need Microsoft Excel to open and edit the file.
Instructions:
1) Click on the link above to open or download the file.
2) Delete my entires and replace them with your own.
3) Make sure you keep your figures in the coloured boxes.
4) If you need more space, right click on the numbered bar on the left hand side (within the colour) and select “Insert”
5) The total is worked out at the bottom of each coloured area and the grand total at the bottom of the document.
